Qinspect™ Project Team Registration

Team registration enables role-based access, accountability and secure participation throughout the project lifecycle.

All registered users requiring platform access must provide a valid Microsoft 365 Login Email. Access to inspections, reporting, document management and Power Apps functionality is restricted to approved project participants.

Important: All users requiring access to the Qinspect™ platform must be registered against a project and hold an approved Microsoft 365 login before access can be granted.

Access to Qinspect™ is license controlled. All users requiring access to projects, inspections, reporting, document management or QR code inspection workflows must be assigned an active licence.

Where multiple Project Managers, Site Managers, Quality Managers or Administrators require access across one or more projects, additional management licenses may be required. Additional licenses can be purchased and assigned at any time.
