Welcome to Qinspect™. Before inspections, quality reporting and project performance tracking can begin, every project must be registered within the Qinspect™ platform.

Project registration establishes the digital foundation for quality verification, defect management, audit trails and quality performance reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Step 1: Register Your Project

Submit your project registration request to establish yourQinspect™ Project Record.

Once approved, Qinspect™ will generate and issue:

  • Unique Project ID
  • Project QR Code
  • Project Quality Record
  • Inspection Activation
  • Project Reporting Access

This process ensures that every project is uniquely identified and maintains a secure, auditable quality record throughout the construction lifecycle.

Step 2: Register Your Team

Register builders, subcontractors, project managers, developers, consultants and other authorised users who require access to the Qinspect™ platform.

Team registration enables project participants to receive the appropriate permissions, quality responsibilities and reporting access required for their role.

Each registered user will be linked to a project record and can be assigned responsibilities aligned with their role, supporting inspection management, quality reporting, project governance and future self-certification requirements.
