Qinspect™ Project Team Registration

Register the individuals who require access to your Qinspect™ project.

Team registration enables role-based access, accountability and secure participation throughout the project lifecycle.

All registered users requiring platform access must provide a valid Microsoft 365 Login Email. Access to inspections, reporting, document management and Power Apps functionality is restricted to approved project participants.

Important: All users requiring access to the Qinspect™ platform must be registered against a project and hold an approved Microsoft 365 login before access can be granted.

Users requiring access to inspections, project reporting, document management, quality records or QR code workflows must be granted platform access.

Access to Qinspect™ is license controlled. All users requiring access to projects, inspections, reporting, document management or QR code inspection workflows must be assigned an active licence.

Where multiple Project Managers, Site Managers, Quality Managers or Administrators require access across one or more projects, additional management licenses may be required. Additional licenses can be purchased and assigned at any time.

Documentation can be uploaded and updated throughout the project lifecycle, including plan revisions, variations, specifications, producer statements and as-built drawings.

All uploaded documentation becomes part of the project's permanent audit trail and may be used to support inspections, quality verification, reporting, defect management and future Quality Score™ assessments.
